Lori J. Costanzo
Lori J. Costanzo started Costanzo Law Firm, APC in 2011 after practicing law in the Bay Area for over 20 years. Her firm currently engages in general civil litigation with an emphasis in employment law. Ms. Costanzo routinely represents employees in all industries, including high tech companies regarding all areas of employment law, including federal and state antidiscrimination statutes, executive compensation, severance agreements, collective bargaining, employment agreements, employment policies and procedures, employee investigations, workers’ compensation retaliation, National Labor Relations Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Equal Pay Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and Older Workers’ Benefits Protection Act.
Having practiced 15 years of insurance defense litigation Ms. Costanzo brings a unique perspective to her firm having managed a successful defense practice where she developed invaluable trial skills. Ms. Costanzo has been a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association- Women Lawyer’s Executive Committee since 2010, has Co-Chair WLS and has Co-chaired the annual Lean-In Conference from 2014 to the present; she is also a member of the Labor and Employment Executive Committee. She was recently elected to the Santa Clara County Bar Association’s Board of Trustees and appointed to the SCCBA’s Executive Committee. Ms. Costanzo is also a member of the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyer’s Association. She has been a longtime member California Employment Lawyer’s Association (CELA), and Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC); in addition to the American Bar Association and National Employment Lawyer’s Association.
Gabrielle Korte, Associate
Gabrielle Korte received her BS from University of California, Santa Cruz in 1996 and J.D. from Hastings School of Law in 2000. Gabrielle graduated in the top ¼ of her law school class and was Third Year Class President.
After graduating from Hastings, Gabrielle joined Valerian, Patterson, Field & McGraw, tackling insurance defense cases with an emphasis on personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, and commercial defense. She was a 2003 “Trial Advocacy Program” graduate and served as lead counsel in seven jury trials. She organized presentations for the firm on various topics, including accident reconstruction, biomechanics, and direct examination of medical experts. She also served as Settlement Commissioner for Hayward County Superior Court.
In 2005, Gabrielle joined Liebert, Cassidy Whitmore, representing public entity clients in litigation matters such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other employment-related causes of action. Gabrielle also presented training seminars to supervisors on topics such as harassment, leaves and absenteeism. After taking a break from the practice of law to start a family, Gabrielle joined the Costanzo Law Firm, APC in 2014.
In addition to practicing law, Gabrielle is deeply involved with her local community. She served as Parent Club Secretary for her children’s school in 2012 – 2013 and was the school’s Auction Gala Chair for two years in a row, breaking the school’s fundraising record.
Jai P. Dadlani, Of Counsel
Jai Dadlani graduated from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and started his professional career as a Software Engineer and Technical Marketing Engineer, working for semiconductor companies such as LSI Logic and National Semiconductor. Later, Jai switched his focus to law and went back to school at Lincoln Law School in San Jose.

Jai also serves as Legal Counsel for Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge, Honorable Sharan Chatman’s non-profit organization, Building Peaceful Families – an organization that strives to improve the health, safety, and well-being of children. Jai also serves as a Legal Service Provider for the Santa Clara County Fatherhood Collaborative – a large group of community resources committed to supporting healthy fatherhood and male involvement for the benefit of children.
Andrea Justo, Associate
Andrea Justo earned her BS in Political Science and English with an emphasis in Pre-Law from Santa Clara University in 2007.
After graduating, she worked at the Law Office of Reg J. Lormon, assisting with civil litigation in business, real estate, and personal injury, as well as commercial leases and estate planning.
During her seven year tenure, Andrea received her J.D. from Lincoln Law School of San Jose in 2015. She was valedictorian of her class, Editor-in-Chief of the Lincoln Law Review, and President of the Student Bar Association. Andrea attained academic excellence awards in Torts, Business Organizations, and Remedies. She also received the Patricia A. Grossman Memorial Award for outstanding skills in Legal Research and Writing, the Nancy Biagini and James F. Boccardo Memorial Scholarships.
In her spare time, Andrea likes to go to concerts, sporting events, and the movies.
