Carlos Rosario, Senior Attorney
Carlos brings a unique blend of litigation and corporate experience to Costanzo Law Firm. He began his legal career over 15 years ago practicing complex federal intellectual property litigation, before representing plaintiffs and defendants in matters related to business disputes, civil rights, retaliation, wage an hour, tort and class action suits.
Carlos has also spent time as an in-house attorney at various tech startups, as a general counsel for a startup incubator, and at large companies such as Google and Yahoo!
Originally from San Jose, Carlos stays active in his community by serving on the San Jose Planning Commission, the Santa Clara County Health Advisory Commission, and the boards of Sacred Heart Community Services and Bellarmine College Preparatory. He also enjoys spending time with his kids at soccer fields throughout Santa Clara County.
