Luiza Dias has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in breach of contract, discrimination, harassment, misclassification and wage and hour class action lawsuits. Luiza has also worked with U.S. and foreign based multinationals, as well as individuals, on a wide range of business and employment law issues pertaining to their cross-border activities. Originally from Brazil, Luiza brings an international perspective to her practice. When not delving into legal briefs or advocating for her clients, she indulges in travelling, morning walks on the beach, gardening, spending time with her dogs, and exercising.
